As a child, Don G. Campbell’s life was filled with joyous sound, visuals, and stimulation. Everything was alive and magical to him, filled with rhythm. Then, a teacher told him to sit down, be quiet and learn. He wondered what she thought he had been doing for the past several years! This is a wonderful book that provides a fresh perspective on the importance of sound and music in the early stages of life. It also emphasizes the point that children need to be allowed to be children – hence the importance of having yoga classes specifically designed for them.
