<p>Although I don’t particularly enjoy having my photo purposely taken, I think it would be the most beneficial to use myself and <a target="_blank" href="http://www.johnreel.com/">John</a> for my sheets. To understand a person, one has been told to walk a mile in their shoes. To truly understand and teach <em>asana</em>, should one not analyze the form using one’s own body? Sadly, it is going to rain this weekend so we cannot take this activity outdoors. On a positive note, we have a living room full of pillows – animal-printed pillows to be exact. Jungle yoga, anyone?</p>
