Yoga with the Buddha

buddha Listening to the teachings of the Buddha has inspired me to do more yoga. I am able to settle and quiet longer into a posture when I am in a state of reflection and contemplation.

    I just had to comment on this-it resonated with my own practice so much!

    I came to yoga through Buddhist meditation and the yoga has transformed my sitting practice in ways I never even imagined. Talk about embodiment! I feel stable now (for the most part) when I sit…what a concept!!
