Reversing Heart Disease
| On my flight from Orange County to Chicago today, I decided to give Reversing Heart Disease another read, or more appropriately, a “real” read. No skimming, no content skipping, no speed reading. If there has ever been a case for eliminating toxic emotions, reducing stress, eating a low-fat vegetarian diet, and maintaining an active lifestyle, Dr. Dean Ornish makes it in an engaging yet scientific study. The case studies are poignant, the information is factual, and I feel as though I now have an additional tool in my literary kit to refer to people having challenges. I am not a proponent of every quack cure or healing modality, but I am a big fan of medical doctors that think outside of the box and are willing to take chances on the greater good. Ornish is one of these doctors. |

You should be able to find several indispensable facts in this site. If there’s at least one fact you didn’t know before, imagine the difference it might make. – William B. Doyle, http://www.wbdoyle.com/blog/
