I’m sitting here now, eating a light lunch at the Lotus Tea House, and working on my yoga posture sheets. Tonight, I am going to instruct John on Trikonasana and use his body, so to speak, for my analysis. I am filled with gratitude for his unwavering support in all of my endeavors and his willingness to assist my love of learning and understanding.
